I specialise in working with trauma, attachment difficulties, PTSD and complex PTSD. In a grounded and collaborative space, you can explore and make sense of these experiences at a pace that supports your growth.
Drawing on extensive specialist training, I use trauma-focused and exposure-based approaches alongside somatic awareness, attachment work, and psychoeducation. This allows us to address the whole experience of trauma — not just the memories.

Sessions: 50 minutes, online via Teams & Google Meet
Location: working remotely across the UK
Availability: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
