About

Introduction

Hi, I’m Kerry.
I am a Supervisor and Integrative Counsellor based in London, offering secure online sessions to adults across the UK.

With over a decade of experience, I specialise in supporting people who feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, and the overwhelm of life’s challenges.

My approach is both collaborative and psychoeducative. We’ll work together to develop greater clarity and management of your experiences, making sense of your struggles and patterns of behaviour so that things feel clearer and more manageable. My priority is to connect with you in a way that helps you move forward and discover healthier ways of coping. Above all, I want therapy to feel like a safe and secure place where you can explore your needs at your own pace.

How I work

Therapy is a partnership. We’ll look at what you’re going through now, how past experiences might be affecting you, and what you need to move forward.

My practice is trauma-based, so I pay close attention to patterns, emotional safety and grounding as we work together.

Not all therapy needs to focus on trauma. If this approach isn’t right for you, we’ll explore other areas together to ensure you’re getting the most from your therapeutic experience.

In our sessions, you can expect:

  • A gentle trauma-based approach, bringing theory into our sessions where necessary

  • Psychoeducation around core beliefs, attachment, and how the brain works

  • Tools and reflections you can use in daily life

What we can work on

  • Trauma and PTSD/C-PTSD

  • Anxiety, stress, and burnout

  • Low self-esteem and self-criticism

  • Relationship and attachment patterns

  • Grief, loss, or feeling stuck in life
